Tecnópolis is an large-scale exhibit, part World's Fair and part Epcot Center. It's provided by the government, is free to all, and offers people a glimpse into what Argentina's science and technology is all about. It's really just one gigantic piece of Argentine propaganda, but it highlights 5 areas; water, earth, air, fire and imagination. Each section has shows, hands-on activities and lots of information on past and present progress within the country. The entire thing was extremely well done, very clean and safe, and so large that we plan to go back again to see the areas that we missed.

Do you realize you go from describing this event as "safe" directly to men dancing on a suspended car? Best blog entry ever!
Ok, that's funny, Megan! The dancing men don't exactly meet safety standards, do they? I didn't mention that one dude was doing the robot. Strike two.
By safe, I meant that we could have the camera out in plain sight without fear of a mugging, which sadly isn't common around here.
